The location was a delightful surprise, offering a serene retreat in the bustling heart of Bangkok. The poolside view was a treat, especially with the lush greenery rushing in from the outside.

The spacious suite offered a relaxed ambiance in a quieter neighborhood, complemented by welcoming and helpful staff! The pool was also a delightful evening retreat! !
Despite the bright side, maintenance issues were evident, and noise carried easily between rooms, making restful nights hard to come by.

Maintenance issues throughout the hotel!!! The communal areas feel neglected, with stains and frayed carpets present. Showering results in a mess due to poor design, while finding nearby convenience stores requires a lengthy walk!!!
